If you want to “season” it, you can choose another sport from the light menu that we propose and you already have a recipe that your personal trainers will help you follow closely.
What do we do?
As personal trainers we will reassess both the body and metabolism’s response and the progress you will score during the programme. Depending of these results, we will change the structure of your training if there’s no evolution on your body condition or we will keep the same training structure for several weeks if early positive results are seen.
At the end of the programme with your personal-trainer you’ll meet the new you, that is determined not to leave its own body, health and self-esteem on the last position on its to do list.

Training hours are flexibleYour personal trainer is available from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m, from Monday to Friday. All you have to do is to establish the days and hours when you can come to train. Your personal trainer recommends you to not schedule your trainings late in the evening because you can suffer from insomnia during that night and physical tiredness the next day.
